With a solid academic background, Naghdalyan has also played significant roles in the realm of art education and cultural administration. She served as a Senior Lecturer in Art History at the State Academy of Fine Arts and as an Art History Teacher at the National Center of Aesthetics. Her expertise extended to the position of Art Expert at the Armenian Fund of Culture, showcasing her multifaceted involvement in the cultural landscape.
Since 2010, Lusine Naghdalyan has been at the helm of cultural affairs as the Head of Culture at the Yerevan Modern Art Museum. In this capacity, she has been instrumental in shaping the cultural narrative and promoting contemporary art within the museum's sphere.
A respected figure in the Armenian art community, Naghdalyan holds membership in the Artists’ Union of Armenia, acknowledging her contribution to the artistic fraternity. Additionally, she holds the esteemed title of Honorary Member of the Artists’ Union of Georgia, recognizing her influence beyond national borders.
