Larissa Egner

Hi! My name is Larissa Egner. I was born and educated in Russia. Since 2003 I live and teach Russian Language in UK.I am a self-taught artist. I've been an artist for as long as I can remember and still spend most of my free time painting. I do enjoy it very much, especially painting children's portraits, pets and flowers.I strive to capture not only a likeness but also the character and the soul of my model, be it a domestic animal,flower or person. Oils and canvas have always been my favourite materials to paint. Although I had some experience painting with watercolour but my preference is definitely  oil. I work on commissions or paint toward my collection of pieces for sale.
