Katerina Pilnikova is a contemporary Russian sculptor. Her ceramic masculine sculptures are covered with glaze, sometimes imitating a bronze patina. Although sculptures are created with molds, each piece is exclusive, as it is handcrafted and decorated. So it always has a different shade color, effects and personality. Her plaster sculptures, with classical subjects from Greek mythology, are tinted with acrylic paint.

Katerina Pilnikova was born in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, where she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts.
