Born in 1978, Julie Vandeputte is an artist from Bordeaux.
Fascinated by the strength of Rothko's contrasts, the delicacy of Klimt's painting, the elegance of the Art Deco era in general, and the graphic inventiveness of Hundertwasser, she wishes to express in her painting the poetry and strength of world around him.
Julie Vandeputte exhibited in several galleries: Tracker d'Art in Toulouse in its beginnings, then Art Home Deco in Bordeaux for 14 years (until its closure in 2023), Art Up Paris in 2019.
She has produced several one-off exhibitions, mainly in the Bordeaux landscape.
She is also an illustrator and teaches applied arts in a high school in the Bordeaux area.
