J'explore une nouvelle forme d’expression créative en réalisant des portraits d’un nouveau genre sur verre. Je fais usage de coups de marteau pour donner vie à des œuvres qui jouent avec la lumière et la transparence. A chaque coup, la vitre devient le support d’une expression par impacts. Les contrastes s’intensifient lorsque les coups sont rapprochés.Dans mes mains, le marteau n’est pas un outil destructeur, mais un instrument de création. C’est une expérience fascinante de voir comment chaque coup de marteau peut changer l’apparence de l’œuvre. Cette technique unique me permet de créer des portraits qui sont à la fois expressifs et originaux, et qui surprennent les spectateurs.

Jean-Jacques Joujon is a contemporary French sculptor. Joujon is a creator of stained glass sculptures, under the JimaJine brand. His work is based on symbolism such as infinity and is built around geometric shapes.
The Artist creates works of contemporary design by revisiting ancestral techniques of making stained glass. Entirely handmade, his creations incorporate the latest LED technology, with the possibility of control by smartphone. They come in 2 or 3 dimensions, combining stained glass with structural elements in metal or wood.
