6,22, Chiòggia, Calle San Domenico, links, Öl auf Leinwand, 22 x 80 cm, 2016. Nur auf einer Seite des Kanals ist ein Gehsteig, auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite sind die Häuser direkt am Wasser. Entlang des Kai gibt es kleine alte Geschäfte. Eines davon führte verschiedene Haushaltsartikel, Fischeri- Zubehör und undefinierbaren Krimskrams. Dort fragte ich, ob sie zufällig Rollen für den Korbeinsatz eines Geschirrspülers hätten. Das nicht, aber der Verkäufer konnte mir genau sagen, wo ich in Chiòggia so etwas bekäme, und er blätterte auf seinem Notebook mit Google Earth den Standort des für mich passenden Geschäftes auf und zeigte mir, wie die Fassade aussah und schrieb mir die Adresse auf einen kleinen Zettel.
