It's no secret that I am a fan of Game of Thrones. I have the title tune from the series on my phone. And my two cats are called Daenerys and Sansa. It's no secret that I am a fan of Game of Thrones. I have the title tune from the series on my phone. And my two cats are called Daenerys and Sansa.
The idea of shooting was actually born spontaneously. In 2019, I was shooting a project for the film "Two Queens" and one of the main models was Margarita. When she put on the queen's dress, everyone immediately had an association with Sansa Stark, she looks so similar. And I decided to do a photo shoot on Game of Thrones someday.
Of the men, my most favorite hero, until season 8, was Jon Snow. At one wedding workshop, I met Stanislav, who turned out to be the spitting image of Snow. I asked him to take a picture and he agreed.
Then began thinking about where to get the costumes and which location to choose. I just didn't want a studio shoot, it's very simple.
I was very lucky to meet the hostess of the Czechoslovak Vlchaks, who became just the starting point of the shooting. I immediately decided to shoot Game of Thrones with wolves in the woods.
We rented the costumes. I decided not to suffer too much and just dressed my John and Sansa in medieval costumes for the street.
This project was published in MOB magazine, receiving places also on the front and back covers.

Yanina Ermakova has been doing photography since the age of 17, but professionally only since 2010. She has tried her hand at different genres: from subject photography to wedding photography. But in 2019, she discovered the world of fine art photography and she realized that was the kind of photography she wanted to do. In his version, art is historical, fantastic, fairy-tale photography.

She is constantly moving me in this direction: every year, she plans and follows a training course. At the moment, she has a permanent makeup artist on my team who does the most daring makeup. She also works with the best costume rental companies in Moscow and the Moscow region (Russia). She works with decorators who can realize almost any place.

His plans get more and more complicated every year. She takes care of the whole organization herself: from the idea to the presentation of the photos to the public.

She raises questions in her that are important to her, inviting the viewer to think and reflect on this or that subject.

Yanina Ermakova was born in 1983. She lives in the city of Moscow in Russia. She has taken numerous training courses such as one at the New York Institute of Photography course from 2013 to 2019. She has also participated in numerous exhibitions, received numerous awards and publications.
