Horst G. Loewel

Born in Germany, studied in Bonn, Munster and Cologne, I am a master of the fantastic surrealistic school of art. My works has been exhibited at premier galleries throughout Europe and North America and my artworks are in many Collectors hands. Now I am resident of Qualicum Beach, my work continues to evolve the leads us into the beyond." Most of my single exhibitions have been sold out.

Horst Loewel has made it his goal to point out how mankind is contributing to the destruction of our Earth. All his paintings are expressive, meaningful and represent the seriousness of some of the world’s largest environmental concerns.
With this exhibition, he intents to demonstrate what may soon become a reality. The little things are what make the difference and it starts with simple recycling.
He also points out what big companies do to our planet including mass forest destruction and mass production of oil - burning and air pollution.
Some of Loewel’s paintings depict his point of view of what will happen if we do not start taking better care and others are paintings of his interpretation of how everything began.
He feels is it is especially important to reach the next generation because they are the hope for the earth’s future well being. He wishes the younger generation to further understand what it means to live on this beautiful planet and that everyone can help make a difference.
He hopes that this exhibition of his art may inspire other people to look at how they can contribute to preserving our planet.
