Biography
Miki De Goodaboom is a contemporary French artist. She constantly oscillates between light and shadow, lines and shapes, moments and places in her paintings, searching for the equilibrium that she can only discover in constant movement, in the strange and unknowable.
The artist had always divided her life between her two loves, mathematics and painting. The first, who ruled her cosmos as the zenith of abstract art, the second to emphasize the elegance of such art.
Miki De Goodaboom was born in 1955, in France.

featuring a view of a pretty village in the well-known wine region of La Ribera del Duero in Spain.
It was painted on site around the year 2000, drawn with ink and coloured with pastel chalk.

My brother, who passed away recently, loved the wine from that region, and I could not resist painting him walking through that village... just that he was still alive then...

I am gradualling replacing the low quality files through the high quality files so that they can be printed in diverse dimensions. Considering the amount of artworks I have, this process takes a long time though. If you are interested in a print of one of the paintings which has not been replaced yet, please contact me and I will upload the file, as far as available (but most of my paintings are available in high quality files).
Afin de pouvoir utiliser le nouveau service de reproductiosn sur commande de Art Majeur, je suis en train de remplacer petit a petit tous mes fichiers de peintures par des fichiers de haute resolution. Mais vu la quantite, cela va durer longtemps avant d'etre termine. Christmas is coming and I think I have a very good idea for all those who want to make a very special gift:
Phone cases - personalised with my paintings!
This product (which exists for several kinds of iPhones) have only been available for a short while, but I already sold some, so I assume that they are very popular.
The paintings of famous singers & musicians seem, for the moment, to be the favourites motifs chosen for phones.
But there are of course many other motifs which look fabulous on the phone cases. Here are a few ideas for you:
- paintings of bullfighting for aficionados...
- paintings of favourite places in France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, etc...
- paintings of flowers: I have very beautiful and very modern florals, really appropriate for phone cases...
and so many others!
