Women of my country were always treated unfairly and their role has always been disregarded. Especially in villages and nomadic tribes, they devote their whole lives to create a life. Their existence is full of love and they implement this love, elegance, and ample intelligence in the form of handicrafts such as carpets. To distance themselves from the gray world outside, they wove their inner colorful world and create a unique work of art, which is eventually sold to make a living or placed under the feet of people.

Giti tayebi was born in 1992 in Iran. Its about 17 years that she is working on painting professionally using different techniqes specially on oilcolor.
She is master student of fine art (painting) in Art univeraity.
Using sharp brush strocks , light spots and traditional symbols and emements of Iran are the distinctive features of her artworks. Her artworks has been exhibited in two solo exhibitions,ten international group exhibitions in New york,Italy,france,greece,turkey
and also in Iran.She really concerns about children and women rights,freedom, Iranian culture and laws of univers wich directly affects on humans feelings and life.
At the time being, she is working on effect of miniature motifs in conteporary art of Iran and Turkey.
