Nato nel 1977 a Lecce, piccola città del Sud Italia, si trasferisce a Milano all'età di 13 anni, dove cresce nell'underground dei graffiti dell'old school Milanese dei primi anni 90, uno dei precursori del movimento della street art Italiana.
Artista grafico, muralista e street artist, lavora nel campo dell'arte urbana con un deciso stile personale. I suoi lavori si possono ammirare fra i quartieri delle città e lungo le strade dell'Italia, Polonia, Germania, Francia, Belgio, Lussemburgo, Spagna, Portogallo, Inghilterra, India, NYC (Stati Uniti), Xiemen (Cina), Yogyakarta (Indonesia), Bali, Tetovo (Macedonia), Valona (Albania) e altro ancora.
Partecipa attivamente a numerosi festival, mostre e progetti artistici in Italia e all'estero.
I suoi murales aggrediscono i forti contrasti sociali, rappresentando “percorsi di memoria storica” - attraverso gigantografie di volti, simbolo degli spazi urbani in cui opera. Dalle icone popolari ai grandi maestri del passato, Chekos'art lascia impronte indelebili, con l'intento non solo di riqualificare le zone grigie delle città ma per comunicare con le nuove generazioni.
Nel 2009 fonda la piattaforma Street art South Italy.
Nel 2012 ha fondato il laboratorio 167/B Street. Uno spazio fisico dedicato all'arte che, partendo dalla periferia, si propone come centro espositivo in continua mutazione.
