Born in Angola Luanda (1965)
Attended private lessons in painting, participated in several exhibitions in Portugal. The oil on canvas and watercolor techniques are preferred. Freedom of colors that blend into the screen, evoke the memories and experiences that connect the past and the present. My painting are influenced by my experiences obtained in the contacts with other peoples and cultures that touched me. I prefer the freedom of brush strokes that follow the inner promptings them the work that is exhausted in trying to plasm the real landscape. Initially tried to follow the figurative style, today I identify myself with the concept of Realistic Abstracts, also described as the gray area between the figurative and the abstract.
