La figura central de la mujer desnuda, observada de espaldas, es el punto focal de la obra. Su postura vulnerable y su cuerpo expuesto simbolizan la fragilidad y la intimidad del ser humano, al tiempo que representan la vulnerabilidad emocional que acompaña a las aflicciones mentales. Cada curva de su anatomía está cuidadosamente delineada, evocando una sensación de belleza y vulnerabilidad que contrasta con la oscuridad que la rodea.
El entorno en el que se encuentra la mujer también juega un papel crucial en la narrativa visual. La habitación, teñida de un intenso color rojo, evoca una sensación de angustia y agitación emocional.
