For workshop paintings that bear evidence of master craftsmanship, this attribution must be further qualified. Une abstraction lyrique où j'explore les motifs, formes, lignes, effets de cire, couches transparentes de couleurs brunes et vertes, jeu de contrastes avec le blanc et le noir, taches de bleu et blanc, travail sur la composition. Voilà les choses auxquelles je pense lorsque je peins une oeuvre abstraite. L'abstraction m'empêche pas d'y voir quelque chose d'organique, peut-être végétal, une forêt, des lianes, des branchages dans les brumes, une jungle étrange, humide, grise et orange. Laisser venir l'imagination, le rêve...

J'ai utilisé: gel acrylique pour un "effet encaustique", acrylique, crayons, feutre, encres.
Les bords sont peints, pas besoin de cadre. Le tableau est prêt à être accroché.
Les bords sont de 3,5 cm de profondeur.

Exploring patterns, forms, lines, wax effect, transparent layers of brown and green colors, high contrats with white and black, spots of blue and white.

I've used : acrylic gel for encaustic effect, acrylic, pencils, felt-pen, inks.
Edges are painted, no need to frame, ready to hang.
Edges are 3,5 cm depth.

I am a professional painter. I live and work in Touraine.

I studied cinema and engraving at the Institut d'Arts Visuels d'Orléans, where I obtained the Higher National Diploma in Plastic Education in 1989, by presenting two short films. What I liked about cinema was drawing the storyboards ...

I work on different subjects, according to my inspirations: the nude, the landscape, the flowers and the forests (imaginary flowers or flowers of the memory, dream forests or fairy forests, it doesn't matter: the main thing is to express their poetry. ), I also sometimes walk around childhood, myths, legends ... I love to explore pictorial techniques: oil, acrylic, watercolor, drawing, collage, mixed media ...

I paint mainly from the imagination. Except when I indulge in hyperrealistic drawing with colored pencils, for which I need a model.

In recent years, I have had the pleasure of having buyers from all over the world who are interested in my works. My first overseas sale was to Australia. My works have the chance to travel everywhere!
