Artista originaria de Guamúchil, Sinaloa, México; forjada como profesional en Filosofía en la Universidad Iberoamericana en México, Distrito Federal; desde 1978 explora con inusitada energía y de manera permanente las infinitas posibilidades de descubrir, experimentar e interactuar en el trabajo artístico.
Diversos talleres de dibujo, óleo, pastel, carbón y en especial acuarela para acrecentar su academia, la conducen a la prestigiada Escuela La Esmeralda, del Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes, en la Ciudad de México; así como talleres con los maestros Primo Vega, Luis Fracchia y Alicia Leyva.
Su participación en exposiciones y concursos es relevante, destacando el Primer Lugar obtenido en el Concurso Nacional Anual de Aficionados a la Acuarela, en el Museo de la Acuarela Mexicana; también las colectivas realizadas en el Centro Internacional de Convenciones y Exposiciones del World Trade Center, en la Secretaría de Economía, en la Cd. de México, D.F., en el Centro de Convenciones y Exposiciones, Los Belenes, en la Cd. de Cuernavaca, Morelos, y la Exposición de la 139 Feria de las Flores de San Ángel, Museo del Carmen, obteniendo Mención Honorífica. Así mismo se destaca su Tercer Lugar en el Concurso Internacional, en Tallenge. 2013.
Plenamente convencida de su ser y hacer, de su vitalidad, entrega y disciplina en su compromiso con el arte, matiza su quehacer plástico con grandes dosis de sensibilidad e inagotable imaginación, en este goce espiritual y visual.
