"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

The method I follow when painting these landscapes is to reduce reality to its simplest elements respecting its sharpness, its definition, and its harmony. I seek to combine in each work the harmony of colors with the exact definition of forms.
This style of art is not exactly abstract, naive or impressionistic, but what I would call gentle or benign realism. My work is centered on producing original works of art with a realistic approach and a simple execution, emphasizing the colors and sensations of a particular landscape that sometimes, not always, has a reference that actually exists.
Related themes
I came to the oil painting as a visitor and settled. What lies between is a passion for the materials involved in the creative process and excitement for the expressive possibilities of the painting.
I came to art free of preconceptions and still learning without them, from realistic technique to simplicity, concept, and color. As time passed, my portfolio grew more colorful and less attached to the existing.
Former clinical psychologist, I've known harshness and hideousness, and consciously avoid both in my work to focus on beauty, kindness, and good. Knowing the healing power of beauty on a frail soul, and even more, on a strong one, I try to add my bit.
I approach every piece as a new attempt to solve a teaser and capture an idea. When I perceive a certain harmony on it, then I’m done.
In a word, I aim to capture reality as I see it, always towards what it is, with its own field of possibilities and hopes, with its magic, and share it with the viewer.
