Ho completato i miei studi di arte, dopo il liceo artistico a Bologna, frequentando il corso di scenografia sempre nello stesso storico edificio in via Belle arti: l' Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna o Accademia Clementina.
Terminato il corso di scenografia ho collaborato con alcuni gruppi di teatro di Bologna per la progettazione e realizzazione di scene e costumi : "il teatro del guerriero", "il carro e la maschera", "il teatro del bigatto"...
In seguito ho lavorato come illustratrice, Ideatrice di giocattoli per l'industria, art director in laboratori di decorazione ceramica e infine ho intrapreso la professione di insegnante di arte nella scuola secondaria; professione che mi appassiona e mi consente di proseguire con il mio lavoro di artista.
La mia produzione è eclettica, varia, data dalla curiosità che mi porta a sperimentare tecniche diverse: dal collage polimaterico alla fotografia, dall'acquerello all'olio, dai pastelli alla tempera, inchiostri, dai dipinti decorativi su muro alla ceramica; soprattutto la ceramica, tecnica dalla inesauribile potenza espressiva e di cui da alcuni anni sono appassionata .
