Life is an experiment and experimentation is constant during the creative process.
My position regarding art places me between two waters with opposite currents and I find that one is a reflection of the other: apparently outside the range of committed art (if it really exists) the commitment is not with an idea or ideology but rather with an attitude and a choice of way of life.
I start from an intuition, a primordial idea (the reading of a publication) outlined in a few lines that suggest a rhythm, a frequency, an intensity, a temperature... the basis of the work, from that moment I try to let the painting itself dictate to me what it needs, sometimes a simple circle, a texture or a fine line that interacts as in a conversation, during the elaboration I document myself with a certain rigor in the process. I am aware of the object, painting or sculpture, book or engraving, but the process of elaboration, for me, is life.
