Watercolor

Watercolor is a painting in which gum arabic binds transparent pigments revealing the support of the painting. The gouache, of identical composition, is opaque. A watercolor is a water-based painting on paper. We rarely speak of a painting for a work painted in watercolor. Watercolor paintings are considered to be a unique way to creatively represent dreams, illusions, emotions and luminous feelings using water soluble pigments. However, painting with watercolors can be difficult. It's a difficult medium to master, in large part because it can be ruthless and unpredictable. Mistakes are difficult to correct and its fluid nature makes it difficult to control. Yet it is these very qualities that give the medium its undeniable charm.

Technic Drawing

Drawing is a technique of visual representation on a flat support. The term "drawing" designates both the action of drawing, the resulting graphic work, and the shape of any object. It is also a representation on a surface of the shape (and possibly the light and shadow values) of an object or figure, rather than their color. There are a large number of drawing techniques: “Linear drawing” represents objects by their outlines, edges and some characteristic lines; beyond this limit, the drawing develops by representing the volume by shadows, often by means of hatching, incorporates colors, and joins, without clear transition, the painting.

Graduate Architect, Urban Planner I'm now "retired" after more than half a century of Architectural practice in many countries.These different projects gave me the opportunity to work with Architects such as Hassan FATHY (Egypt/ Raw earth brick), Oscar NIEMEYER (Brazil/Concrete) and especially Kisho KUROKAWA (Japan/Museums/Habitat Capsule) with whom I have been associated on many years.

These experiences have fueled many reflections and experiences on our way of living and the dichotomy between our modes of production and the real needs of Man.

< p>From these years of reflection was born in February 2007 the Concept registered under the name of NOMADE Cube and also protected by the code of intellectual property (Architect DPLG).

Its objectives are to move the current construction from an expensive craft ... to the industrial production of a modular, mobile and energy-efficient habitat accessible to as many people as possible.< /p>

After more than 20 years of effort in 2005, an article L433 was finally added to the Town Planning Code: it allows the use of < strong>NOMAD Cube on/in an almost unlimited number of terrains and situations...

Faced with the difficulties of advancing a disruptive architectural concept, I decided in 2017 to paint this Architectural project on canvas and on paper

I know very well that artistic conventions and hierarchy of genres leave little room for an Architectural concept in the 039;history of painting...
