Diana Delaplace is a contemporary French sculptor. She discovered wire, a relatively raw material that can be shaped indefinitely and evokes reverie through its lightness and fineness, driven by a desire to express herself through sculpture. Her wire sculptures are handmade, simply knotted wire by wire, occasionally twisted, but there is no welding involved.
Diana Delaplace was born in 1989, in Compiègne, France.
