The series of paintings "sensations" refers to a musical instrument, refers to the magic of the sound of an accordion. A light music, that unites the spirit by the keys of the soul. The artist Delena encourages the audience to experience the vibration of the tones that jump off the canvas, as in a musical arrangement. The division between color and tone finds a marriage beyond the physical. Listening to colors is beyond the intellect, it is profound, it is an experience beyond the realm of science. Abstract art uses visual language of shape, form, color and line to create a composition which may exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world.
