Rendez-vous improbable de cadres, d'ouvriers, de drogués, de paumés, de jeunes, de retraités, de touristes, un véritable creuset social.
Mon pote l'a tenu pendant 15 ans, travaillant seul en assurant la cuisine, le service et le bar.
Et c'est vrai qu'on était comme chez soi, tellement l'ambiance était conviviale. Le patron faisait souvent goûter un autre vin et s'asseyait volontiers avec les clients pour partager leurs impressions, et quelque fois remettait sa bouteille. Je n'ai jamais rencontré de "commerçant" comme lui...
