Since very young, I have loved dancing, drawing, decorating, anything artistic. This is the painting that I have chosen to exhibit on this site. I started instinctively, as an autodidact. I have occasionally attended workshops during my working life and can now attend them on a regular basis. But going to the workshop once a week is not enough, I have to paint between classes. At home it is difficult and I was lucky enough to find a workshop near my home to share. I forget all the daily worries. It is in a way my “Thebaid”. It brings me a lot of happiness. I paint to please myself and to express myself, to show and share.
