Trees and wood inspires me.
Maybe because I spent so much time in my grandfathers carpentry as a child. Often he would look after me and let me sit and watch him work, he would create stuff for me and help me create. I remember the all the details, the smell and his love and today when he is no longer here I still have the love for the craft - creating things in wood.
I capture what inspires me with my camera, mostly in nature and transform it digitally.
I am very inspired by nature and aim to create curiosity and joy with my work. And hopefully make us feel more thankful for our beautiful planet.
Crystal clear depth
The razor sharp ultraHD Photo Print are exhibited perfectly under acrylic glass. Your photoart will shine in vibrant colors and, depending on the thickness of the glass, will display a subtle to eye-catching 3D effect.
The light, shatterproof material enhances the appearance, making the colours and depth really pop. The 3 mm aluminium Dibond backing consists of two layers of aluminium sandwiched around a polyethylene core. This completes the overall look while providing additional stability. Perfectly balanced colors on Fuji Crystal Professional Archive Maxima papir.
Choose from 2 mm or 4 mm acrylic glass for sizes up to 120×180 cm. We recommend the 4 mm for more depth.
For sizes over 120×180 2 mm are available.
Display it just as it is using the hidden rail on the backside or choose mounting in 20 mm art aluminium case in black, grey, gold or white.
Quality designed to last a lifetime.
TIP: If you are in love with the extra depth – a 3D-like effect – then try the 6 mm acrylic on Original Photo Print on Fuji Crystal Archive glossy paper – it will absolutely blow your mind – available in sizes up to 120×180 cm.

Poul Erik Christensen is a photographer whose camera is his brush. He wants to bring you a perspective, create a corridor to a creative universe that puzzels your mind, touch the creative part of you, makes you feel positive, happy, and curious, raise awareness and start a dialogue about how inspiring nature is and how essential it is for our survival in more ways than we think about. He believes in utopia and abundance and thinks that art should create curious and positive feelings in order for us to support the abundance in our lives. To truly change the way we care too little about nature, his work reflects how he finds inspiration and appreciates and thanks to nature for its positive effect on his art and his life.
Poul Erik Christensen began his lifelong passion in 1991. He never planned to be a photographer, but a trip around the world in 1989 created a spark. He comes from a creative family. Through the years, he has done almost everything in photography in Denmark and around Europe. Many years ago, he was given the opportunity to capture art for a business and that kickstarted his creations. His artworks are now a part of many private collections.
