Cona (a.k.a. Sadık Varer) is the spokesperson of the Anatolian Artists Association (ASD).  He opened eighteen solo exhibitions in Istanbul, Bursa, Paris, Cannes, Nice, Marseille, Wuppertal and Duisburg between 1987-2020, participated in more than a hundred group exhibitions. He represented Turkey at the 18th Festival Transméditerranéen de Sainte Tulle as guest of honor, has one of his works is in the Pierre Loti collection.
