This imaginary architecture is initially created and composed from two different drawings. One representing an architecture, the second a plant structure.
This time, rather than applying my cut-up method (inspired by this literary technique used by Williams Burroughs), by tearing then assembling together the fragments of drawings, in order to obtain a new image, I reproduced and associated all or part of these two drawings on the same sheet. This gives this improbable unbalanced architecture.
This working technique (the assembly of two or more fragments of drawings), generates a surprise for me, allowing me to become, in addition to the designer of the work, the spectator of my own work, bringing me to lands that I would never have thought of exploring.
This drawing was made with a ballpoint pen and marker, with the addition of coffee in the form of a wash and more or less important acrylic highlights.
