Pour moi, une expression française amusante est (est-ce qu'on marche sur la tête !). Nous sommes tous témoins de périodes de sécheresse avec leur feu de forêts sauvages, dans certains de ces endroits, il y avait des ouragans, dans d'autres endroits, des tempêtes de neige et puis il y a celles avec des pluies prolongées et des inondations dévastatrices avec toutes les misères associées. La région où je vis a aussi connu son lot de catastrophes d'origine climatique et ici ce sont les inondations. Les eaux n’ont rien épargné sur leur passage. Si les résidents plus âgés qui avaient vécu cela plus tôt faisaient preuve d'un calme résigné, il y avait la panique des nouveaux arrivants pour qui il s'agissait d'une rencontre nouvelle et inattendue. C'est ce mélange de sentiments qui m'a incité à utiliser la forme numérique aux couleurs tamisées et les formes floues pour dépeindre l'incertitude qui tourbillonnait autour de moi comme un nuage invisible.
