I am Céline Delaporte, a 37-year-old woman who has been passionate about painting since I was very young. I invite you to discover my universe through this site. But before that, let me tell you my story.
I started drawing by tracing my favorite princesses on my children's storybooks. Around the age of six, the plastic arts in a workshop in the town of Feignies allowed me to bring out the most creative of my being.
However, I remained very attracted to painting. This multitude of colors and possibilities was intoxicating. This being accessible to me, I turned to drawing lessons to perfect my technique for four years. Subsequently, studies and loves took up so much space that I left it all in the back of my mind. But that didn't stop me from scribbling from time to time. Around the age of twenty, I meet the love of my life, my adult life, a life for two begins. It was in 2012 that I decided to learn painting by myself because this desire had never left me.
Abstract painting is part of my beginnings, my tries but not to the point of wanting to share it with the world. The painful trials of life then guided me naturally. I just let my work evolve. I then began to let my emotions guide my brush.
In 2018, I discovered a well-known painter whom I watched on a video site, it was the click: Les Arbres. Their diversity, colors and sizes. They are so majestic at times, and giving off such energy, such life. I found my inspiration in them.
In 2020, helped by my family, I opened my company Les Pinceaux De Céline, in Hargnies in my country village where I developed my talent and sharing through workshops with young and old. I have been working since 2022 with other artists and artisans. The adventure is more rewarding together.
The vast majority of my paintings come from my imagination. I am to this day known for 'my bubbles' .
Welcome to my childish, dreamy, poetic world filled with Nature.
