I felt this urgent need to paint Lisbon differently! I wanted to try a more naive, more graphic, more abstract language. I wanted typical red roofs, but only the impression of them. I wanted to feel the up and down of Lisbon's hills. Some city symbols but deconstructed. And, of course, always with the Light and Colors of my beautiful Lisbon!
I felt this urgent need to paint Lisbon differently! I wanted to try a more naive, more graphic, more abstract language.
