Bruno Bani nasce a Cernusco sul Naviglio (Milano) nel 1964 ed inizia a dedicarsi alla fotografia fin dall’adolescenza.

Dal 1978 lavora presso una ditta di prestampa e stampa dove attualmente è project manager. Collabora, in qualità di fotografo, con gallerie d’arte e archivi d’artisti, aziende pubbliche e private, organizzazioni culturali, riviste, case editrici. Dal 2006 affianca all’interesse per la fotografia quello per la pittura.

I suoi lavori sono stati esposti in diverse fiere d’arte contemporanea in Italia (Affordable art Fair, Milano, Arte Cremona, Cremona, PaviArt, Pavia e Arte Padova, Padova) e all’estero (Affordable art Fair, New York e Antwerp Art Fair, Mulhouse Cedex France).

Tra il 2016 e il 2018 si sono tenute sue esposizioni personali presso le gallerie Alson Gallery e Statuto13 a Milano, l'Hotel Baglioni di Londra e la galleria Bottegantica di Bologna, Galleria Incontro di Chiari e Ars Antiqua di Milano. Ars Antiqua ha dedicato alcune dirette tv su Sky e sul digitale terrestre alle sue opere.
Per il Fuori Salone di Milano 2018 ha esposto all' evento "4 Artists for art".
Ora musealizzato al museo Historiale di Cassino.
In un testo relativo al lavoro dell’artista Roberto Sottile scrive “I lavori di Bani sembrano generati e bloccati nell’attimo di diventare ‘altro’, verrebbe voglia di toccarli per capire come l’artista sia riuscito a plasmare la materia e soggiogarla alle regole della stabilità e dell’armonia. Tempo e materia ma più semplicemente costruzione e forma!”

Bruno Bani was born in Cernusco sul Naviglio (Milan) in 1964.
He collaborates, as a photographer, with art galleries and artists' archives, public and private companies, cultural organizations, magazines and publishing houses. Since 2006 he has added interest in photography to painting.
His works have been exhibited in several contemporary art fairs in Italy (Affordable art Fair, Milan, Arte Cremona, Cremona, PaviArt, Pavia and Arte Padova, Padua) and abroad (Affordable art Fair, New York and Antwerp Art Fair, Mulhouse Cedex France).
Between 2016 and 2018 personal exhibitions were held at the Alson Gallery and Statuto13 galleries in Milan, the Baglioni Hotel in London and the Bottegantica gallery in Bologna, Galleria Incontro di Chiari and Ars Antiqua in Milan. Ars Antiqua has dedicated some live TV on Sky and digital terrestrial to his works.
For the Fuori Salone in Milan 2018 he exhibited at the "4 Artists for art" event.
Now it is museumized at the Museo Historiale di Cassino.
In a text related to the work of the artist Roberto Sottile writes "The works of Bani seem generated and stuck in the moment of becoming 'other', would want to touch them to understand how the artist has managed to shape the matter and subjugate it to the rules stability and harmony. Time and matter but more simply construction and form! "
He lives and works in Milan.
