Bruce Clicq is a contemporary French sculptor. For him stone sculpturing represents stillness and silence. The stone is the fruit of time and the sculptor works neither in haste nor in the ephemeral.
Clicq has been a self-taught sculptor since 1994, who does not lock himself in the shackles of principles or the constraints of a market. His freedom remains complete and creates according to his internal requirements and not according to pressure exerted from the outside.
Bruce Clicq was born in 1955, in France. Since 1997, he has participated in multiple exhibitions and art fairs such as ART-UP Lille and Rouen. His unique works are presented in galleries and are found in numerous private and public collections.
