Brian DuPree is a professional painter from Athens, Georgia with a Fine Arts Degree from the University of South Florida College of the Arts. After graduating from college, he entered the art trade as a professional artist influenced by landscapes and cityscapes and abstracts only beheld by the most adventurous.
Brian DuPree Athens, Georgia is not content with one style. He wants to evolve continually, rather than just stick to a single path or perspective. He loves exploring new mediums and subjects, and hopes his art brings you joy in the process! He is currently exploring his inner worlds by using abstractions - in this case, landscapes. The name of the cycle is "Inner Landscapes".
He works mainly on larger formats (canvases). As such, with their larger surface area they allow him to express himself more freely. Brian uses a combined technique to make this cycle. Basically, it is acrylic with which he combines collage, oil pastel, spray, charcoal, pencil, modeling medium, sand, etc.
His first encounter with exhibiting art in front of an audience, as well as his love for creative work itself, appeared as a child. The most common technique Brian uses is acrylic, and the styles of his paintings are abstract - contemporary, because as such, without clichés, they allow him to paint from the heart and express his interior in full light. The beginning of the production, and especially the view of the finished painting, fills him with pleasure and admiration, which he would also like the observer of his painting to experience.
