Elisabete Cristina Ferreira da Silva nasceu em 1973, natural de Lourenço Marques, Moçambique. Vive desde os três anos no distrito do Porto.
Frequentou o 1º ano do Curso Superior de Ensino variante Português e Alemão na Universidade do Minho mas desde cedo que a sua verdadeira vocação é a Arte. Abandona o curso de Línguas para se licenciar em Design de Comunicação Visual na Escola Superior de Artes e Design. Durante ano e meio exerceu actividades profissionais como Designer Gráfico e Ilustradora, mas desde 1999 que se dedica em exclusivo ao ensino como Professora de Artes Visuais, simultaneamente com a Pintura e o Design gráfico.
