Ici, l'artiste a laissé traîné son couteau au fil de ses hallucinations nocturnes. Il voulait se déconcentrer d'une autre œuvre de précision , finie juste avant, et lui ayant demandé une grande concentration sur son travail de détails . Il s'agit là d'une détente physique et morale, laissant exploser d'autres sentiments plus secrets qui cherchaient à s'exprimer. Finalement c'est un homme barbu semble -t-il qui est apparu avec dans ses limbes profondes des ressentis érotiques au milieu d'une nature exubérante.
