L’incendie de Notre-Dame de Paris décrit ici a fait rage les 15 et 16 avril 2019 pendant près de 15 heures. Les flammes s'étendent à la charpente et à la flèche qui, en s'effondrant, provoque l'écroulement de la voûte de la croisée du transept, d'une partie de celle du bras nord et de celle d'une travée de la nef. L'intervention de centaines de pompiers, jusqu'au lever du jour, permet de sauver la structure globale de l'édifice. Actuellement en reconstruction à l'identique, elle devrait être livrée dans le courant de 2024.

The Notre-Dame de Paris fire described here raged on April 15 and 16, 2019 for nearly 15 hours. The flames spread to the frame and the spire which, by collapsing, caused the collapse of the vault of the transept crossing, part of that of the north arm and that of a bay of the nave. The intervention of hundreds of firefighters, until daybreak, made it possible to save the entire structure of the building. Currently under identical reconstruction, it should be delivered in 2024.
