André Derain, moi, ça ne me disait rien. Et la rivière Riou, non plus. Mais André Derain est connu, ou était, il est mort en 1954. Et il y a un tableau de lui, à New York, "le pont sur le Riou", de 1906. Le tableau aussi est connu. Pardon, pardon... Mais le tableau, c'est quand je cherchais un petit détail, c'est jusque avant le[...]
André Derain, moi, ça ne me disait rien. Et la rivière Riou, non plus. Mais André Derain est connu, ou était, il est mort en 1954. Et il y a un tableau de lui, à New York, "le pont sur le Riou", de 1906. Le tableau aussi est connu. Pardon, pardon... Mais le tableau, c'est quand je cherchais un petit détail, c'est jusque avant le ciel, on est dans à l'intérieur des arbres. Oui, d'accord. Quand on va à la Praia de São Julião, avec la mer et rien d'autre, il faut (en tout cas moi) traverser une forêt très jolie. Derain, il traverse une rivière, et puis après une route. Moi, une forêt et la mer. Ce ne sont pas les mêmes paysages, rien. Mais André Derain m'a fait penser à la forêt avant la mer.

When you go to Praia de São Julião, with the sea and nothing else, you have to (at least me) cross a very pretty forest. Derain, it crosses a river, and then after a road. Me, a forest and the sea. They're not the same landscapes, nothing. But André Derain made me think of the forest before the sea.

A pintura também é conhecida. Desculpe, desculpe... Mas a pintura é quando eu procurava um pequeno detalhe, está até o céu, estamos dentro das árvores. Sim, ok. Quando se vai à Praia de São Julião, com mar e nada mais, é preciso (pelo menos eu) atravessar uma floresta muito bonita. Derain, atravessa um rio e depois uma estrada. Eu, a floresta e o mar. Não são a mesma paisagem, nada. Mas André Derain me fez pensar na floresta antes do mar.
