Il s'agit de quelques croquis de recherche de couleur faits à l'aquarelle pour des tableaux de chevaux.
Les originaux sont tout petits! Moins de 4 cm sur 4 cm en général. Comme je les aimais bien, je les ai agrandis et fait imprimer en grand...
Les cartes sont simples et peuvent être utilisées également comme cartes postales. Impression offset, 240 gm2. Avec des enveloppes couleur à la bonne taille.
148 x 148 mm, ou 210 x 105 mm.

Greeting cards on the theme of horses.

These are some color research sketches made in watercolor for horse paintings.
The originals are very small! Less than 4 cm by 4 cm in general. As I liked them, I enlarged them and had them printed ...
The cards are simple and can also be used as postcards. Offset printing, 240 gm2. With color envelopes at the right size.

Watercolor

Watercolor is a painting in which gum arabic binds transparent pigments revealing the support of the painting. The gouache, of identical composition, is opaque. A watercolor is a water-based painting on paper. We rarely speak of a painting for a work painted in watercolor.
