Let me present myself:
Born an artist on a cold winters evening in the sixties. That was what everybody told me..................
In my youth I followed plastic arts and monumental arts at St Lucas' Institute in East Flanders.
I started an artistic career as a stylist, but due to financial and familial reasons I was obliged to sacrifice my upcoming career for a more traditional lifestyle.
For years my artistic side has been left dormant but now I can feel my hand itching for action and my mind fighting this internal torture.
Slowly and surely I have regained my strengths not only in water colour, pastel, oil and acrylics but also in a strong desire to draw, draw and draw.
And all of this thanks to my son who has encouraged me to follow my instincts and has created this 'blog',
Saying: "Mum, just wait and see what comments you get” and so I wait for your comments whit open arms. Sincce 2 years I tried Raku out, and I can telle you..........I don't stop creating.
