This is a representation of a couple, a love story. All of its phases, heartbreak, your inner child represented vulnerably on the front of the canvas. Two adults holding onto each other, essentially being as one with the whole world around them. This is a love story as much as a heartbreak. Being in a loving partnership takes some work as we all know, especially now that we have entertainment, therapy, friendship, community at our fingertips. But it’s still worth it.

Painting is the itch that I must scratch or I else I feel as though I am not living a fulfilled life. Its somewhat agonizing. I have tried love, healing, meditation and there is nothing I can do to rid myself of this need to create. When I stop creating for any length of time, something inside  me is screaming to be let out. I am new into the art world. Showing these paintings feels like I am a pre teen reading my diary out loud. Its very vulnerable since I try to paint for my own amusement. But since it is also the thing I cannot live without doing, I want to share it with the world. I want people to see my diary. The way I view the world in technicolor.
