Was born in Moscow.  She graduated from the Moscow art school as a graphic designer. She attended courses at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute, studied under D. Bisti and A. Tsedrik. In the 1990s, she attended lectures and master classes by Michael Loeser at the Stuttgart Academy of fine arts. Works in the field of easel painting, graphics and theatrical and decorative art.  Engaged in clothing and interior design. Since 1981, she has participated in more than 60 exhibitions. Yulia Dolgorukova participated in exhibitions with famous artists: Ernst Neizvestny, Eduard Steinberg, Oleg Tselkov, Vladimir Nemukhin and others. Works in the genre of landscape, still life, composed composition.
