А если посмотреть в разрезе человеческой жизни: детство - это община, "компания" детей - и демократия; взрослая жизнь протекает среди бюрократических структур и предприятий с начальниками, а к старости мы разрастаемся, обретаем опыт и кругозор - становимся как империя; и с одной стороны, в старости наши взгляды уже тверды, как диктатура, а с другой стороны, мы уже добродушно и философски смотрим на мелкие шалости...
And if you look in the context of human life: childhood is a community, a “company” of children - and democracy; adult life takes place among bureaucratic structures and enterprises with bosses, and in old age we grow, gain experience and horizons - we become like an empire; and on the one hand, in old age our views are already firm, like a dictatorship, and on the other hand, we already look good-naturedly and philosophically at petty pranks...
Общины - это всегда инициатива, прогресс, развитие; бюрократы государства - это всегда трутни, всегда имитация и застой; а империя - это всегда деградация и разрушение, но в итоге может высвободиться низовая демократия и образоваться новые общины...
