Про свежий воздух
Люди делятся на краснорожих и бледных (я из бледных, мой брат из краснорожих). Краснорожим всё равно на воздух, здоровье, сердце позволяет - а вот бледным совсем не всё равно! Помню, как я мучился в школе именно по этой причине, как вылетал после уроков и с наслаждением пил свежий воздух как лучшее вино. Особенно зимой была проблема - в теплое время проветривание ещё случалось иногда. Ведь дело в чём? - учителя не хотят заморачиваться. И для них гораздо опасней ситуация, когда кто-то из детей простудится... В общем, мне ещё повезло, что хоть дома было воздуха полно - жил в деревянном доме с обилием щёлок в окнах и полу. А сейчас кругом бетон и "стеклопакеты" - действительно пакеты, и они на голову надеты, просто удаленно!
В общем, право на свежий, качественный воздух - это самое главное право человека! (Свежая, качественная вода - на втором месте) Качественный воздух? - качественная жизнь! Не только в школах безобразный воздух - он таков почти везде!
Бледный человек - это первый кандидат на любые заболевания! Он уже болен! Без физкультуры и свежего воздуха здоровья ему не видать! Сто процентов... И нервным, раздражительным обязательно будет на почве перегрузки организма - если только не законченный флегматик. И одновременно вялым, апатичным и заторможенным... Это мой личный опыт... Причем, ребенком плохо сознавал все эти вещи, другой жизни не знал, свой организм не наблюдал, внешний порядок казался неоспариваемым, ведь его устроили взрослые...

About fresh air
People are divided into red-faced and pale-faced (I am one of the pale-faced ones, my brother is one of the red-faced ones). Red-faced people don't care about air, health, their hearts allow it; but pale people not don't give a damn about fresh air! I remember how I suffered at school precisely for this reason, how I flew out after classes and drank fresh air with pleasure like the best wine. There was a problem especially in winter - in warm weather, ventilation still happened sometimes. What's the matter? - teachers don't want to bother. And for them, the situation is much more dangerous when one of the children catches a cold... In general, I was lucky that at least there was plenty of air at home - I lived in a wooden house with an abundance of cracks in the windows and floor. And now there is concrete and “double-glazed windows”, glass packages all around - really packages, and they are put on your head, just remotely!
In general, the right to fresh, high-quality air is the most important human right! (Fresh, high-quality water is in second place) Quality air? - quality life! It's not just schools that have ugly air - it's like that almost everywhere!
A pale person is a prime candidate for any disease! He's already sick! Without exercise and fresh air, he will not be healthy! One hundred percent... And he will definitely be nervous and irritable due to overload of the body - unless he is a complete phlegmatic person. And at the same time lethargic, apathetic and inhibited... This is my personal experience... Moreover, as a child I was poorly aware of all these things, I didn’t know any other life, I didn’t observe my body, the external order seemed uncontested, because adults arranged it...
