Одноглазый пират огромную сумку яблок привез. Хотя сам же и съест половину. Надо успеть закатать хотя бы повидло. Его это яблоки, так что никакой не примешан грабеж. В саду он живёт, от папаши наследство получить получилось. Его корабль пока ремонтируют в доках, поэтому он живёт на подножном корму. Но за грушами всё же лазит к соседям. И морковь везде вырывает, где только заметит ее. Очень любит морковь, говорит, она полезна для зрения... Я люблю, когда он в гости приходит, всегда расскажет массу забавных историй про то, как между собою срутся пираты, но боюсь, что придушит котяру - так ненавидят друг друга, что уже положил глаз на бедное наше животное. С намеком на днях рассказал, что умеет кошек готовить. И даже торгуется в шутку, мол, яблоки - это я за него...

The one-eyed pirate brought a huge bag of apples. Although he will eat half of it himself. We need to have time to make at least jam. His are apples, so there is no robbery involved. Le pirate borgne a apporte un enorme sac de pommes. Bien qu'il en mange la moitie lui-meme. Il faut avoir le temps de faire au moins de la confiture. Ce sont des pommes, donc il n'y a pas de vol. Il vit dans le jardin, il a reussi a obtenir un heritage de son pere. Son navire est toujours en reparation sur les quais, il vit donc sur le marchepied. Mais il grimpe toujours chez les voisins pour les poires. Et il arrache des carottes partout, partout ou il les remarque. Il aime beaucoup les carottes, dit qu'elles sont bonnes pour la vue... J'adore quand il vient lui rendre visite, il racontera toujours beaucoup d'histoires amusantes sur la facon dont les pirates se battent entre eux, mais j'ai peur qu'il etrangle le chat - ils se detestent tellement qu'ils ont deja pose les yeux sur notre pauvre animal. Avec un indice l'autre jour, il m'a dit qu'il savait cuisiner des chats. Et meme marchande en plaisantant, disent-ils, il a donne des pommes pour cela...
