Tuan T. Tran, a contemporary sculptor based in Paris, channels a deep passion for stained glass art and the exploration of brutalist architecture into his captivating creations.

Tuan embarked on his artistic journey by following professional training as a stained glass artist in a renowned Parisian workshop. Here he perfected his craft, mastering the ancestral techniques of the trade, notably the meticulous art of lead mounting and grisaille.

In Tuan's workshop, each piece is meticulously designed to strike a delicate balance between the transparency and luminosity of glass and the robustness and structure of concrete. Starting with detailed designs, Tuan methodically plans each creation, using concrete frames carefully assembled from formwork.

These frames serve as the basis for Tuan's sculptures, inspired by architectural motifs and design principles. Concrete is poured into these shapes, resulting in installations that provide a captivating visual experience.

Each Tuan T. Tran creation is the culmination of extensive research and contemplation, exploring the interplay of materials, shapes and light to create works of art that captivate the imagination and evoke a sense of wonder .
