I started painting early in my childhood. 

First with pencil, charcoal and chalk. My art teacher always motivated me and believed in me, many of my pictures were exhibited at the time. As a teenager I started with oil painting, classic motifs that were very popular with family and friends. Painting brought me calm and I was able to sink into it. 

Unfortunately, my job meant that painting had to be put on the back burner. 5 years ago I started painting again and discovered acrylic painting for myself. My acrylic works of art "stripes" are a composition of cheerful colors. Using a technique developed by myself, I bring the colors together on the canvas in order to elicit happiness and joie de vivre from the viewer. 

I live on the Moselle and am a wine grower by profession. I am in nature a lot, that gives me inspiration for my "Stripes".
