Svetlana Sokolova is a contemporary Russian artist. The Moscow Architectural Institute provided the groundwork for her career and subsequent artistic development. There, she gained knowledge of composition, color perception, proportions, shadows, and other drawing and painting techniques. Sokolova achieves a congruence between her view of reality and the powerful flow of the world ether by experimenting with technology, materials and emotions.
The numbers, rhythms, and harmony of the fundamental elements that make up the cosmos are intimately entwined with the artist's worldview. She is currently particularly interested in mystical, metaphysical, and scientific-philosophical perspectives. At the moment, she is also drawn to color graphics because of their concise forms and distinct lines.

It prevents you from living and calmly doing what you love - painting! At the moment, a bunch of politicians in different countries are trying to plunge our world into a dark tangle of aggression and hatred! I want to call on all creative people on the planet not to succumb to the onslaught of dark forces and continue to bring people a bright beginning, using all their creative potential for this!

О ВЫСТАВКЕ
С 6-го по 12-е сентября под патронажем W&P GALLERY в Москве прошла выставка “Врываемся в осень”, в которой я приняла участие. Так как сейчас сферой моих интересов является цветная графика, то на суд зрителя я представила четыре работы, выполненных в этом стиле. Изюминкой этих работ было то, что они были многослойными и залиты эпоксидной смолой. К части экспозиции, в которой были выставлены мои картины, наблюдался неподдельный интерес публики! Я очень довольна своим участием в этой выставке и собираюсь выставляться в дальнейшем!
