After having spent twenty years sailing between seas and oceans, I continue this journey through painting. I do not travel to go somewhere but for the pleasure of travelling.
The noname series evokes ever-changing physical and psychic boundaries.
The repetition of the word noname on the canvas or the paper traces the borders in which the colors come to nest. The colors as beings will play, circumscribe or overflow the borders.
I paint directly on the primed canvas roll. The rolls are sent in a tube and are ready to be framed. The measurements given are for the work once framed. The papers are also sent in a tube.
