Autodidacte en dessin et peinture, je me suis mise à peindre depuis plusieurs mois. Je me suis inspirée de l'art Africain, qui fait partie de ceux que j'affectionne particulièrement. Je suis très attirée par les tissus Wax, leurs motifs, leurs couleurs et j'adore voir les africaines porter ces tenues remplies de soleil, de joie, souvent malgré leurs conditions de vie difficiles, et toujours avec leurs sourires éclatants de blancheur. J'ai effectué une mission humanitaire à MADAGASCAR en 2019 et je projette de repartir en 2022 au SENEGAL, afin de continuer à m'imprégner de toutes ces couleurs pour vous proposer encore plus de toiles STYL'AFRIQUE. Je vous présente aussi mes créations an art textile pour lesquelles je débute, après avoir fait beaucoup de couture, je me suis mise à la broderie et au tissage. J'ai découvert le "Punch Needle", une technique de broderie à la laine, particulièrement addictive. J'utilise comme support de broderie des anciens sacs de café en toile de jute, j'aime beaucoup ce mélange de matière. Quant au tissage, j'utilise des anciens cadres sur lesquels je tisse avec du fil de jute comme fil de chaîne et toutes sortes de fils, rubans, laine mèche,... pour faire des motifs. Dites moi ce que vous en pensez !!
