Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of graffiti art with "Multiple-Tags" by the legendary street artist SEEN. This vibrant painting, executed with spray paint on canvas, captures the essence of the urban art scene through the repetitive overlay of the artist's iconic tag. The artwork is a riot of turquoise tones, interspersed with shades of darker blue and white, creating a visually captivating pattern that pulsates with energy and movement.

Each tag is rendered with precision and flair, showcasing SEEN's mastery of spray paint as a medium. The painting's textured surface and the interplay of color highlight the artist's innovative approach to graffiti, transforming a simple tag into a sophisticated and compelling composition.

Richard Mirando known as Seen is an American graffiti artist. He is one of the best known graffiti artists in the world and considered the Godfather of graffiti. He was part of the crew United Artists (UA) who painted pieces that could be found all around the city of New York and on subway lines. He was responsible for dozens of whole-car top-to-bottom, many of which have become iconic.

Seen began producing work on canvas in the early 1980s, which was presented in galleries and purchased by museums and private collectors all over the world. These included group shows with artists such as Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Dondi, Quik, Blade, and Lee Quinones, among others. Despite his international fame, Seen continued to paint subway trains in New York City until 1989.

Seen's paintings have been shown all around the world, and his work has sold for six figures on the secondary market. He is recognized for combining comic-book heroes and other cartoon figures into his works in addition to his bubble lettering.

Seen was born in 1961, in the Bronx, NYC. He lives and works between Paris and New York.
