Raphy is born in France on November 9, 1926 in Neuilly sur Marne. In 1949, after the death of his father, it falls sick (depression). In 1950, Raphy reappears with the life and starts to paint. In 1984, the TOWN of PARIS orders a mosaic to him to decorate a swimming pool with initiation of the school of the street Vitruve (Paris 20th arr.). Currently, it lives and works at LA BAULE.
